Providing a community service from Crowdy Head in the north to Pacific Palms in the south.
To save lives, create great Australians and build better communities.
Surf Life Saving Lower North Coast Branch is the major water safety, drowning prevention and rescue organisation in the coastal area from Crowdy Head in the north to Seal Rocks in the south.
We are a network of volunteer surf lifesavers, professional lifeguards, support operations and drowning prevention infrastructure and systems.
What we do
Our primary role is to save lives on the beach, and our 6 clubs and their 1600 members, are part of the 129 Surf Life Saving Clubs and 74,000 members in NSW, making us one of the largest volunteer movements in Australia.
Surf Life Saving Lower North Coast is a not-for-profit organisation which relies on community generosity including donations, fundraising and corporate sponsorship.
Surf Life Saving is an inclusive and uniquely Australian movement which offers people young and old, the opportunity to make a difference, make friends and maybe save a life.
